Here are celebs who for some reason or another have been banned from countries.
Katy Perry
The singer has reportedly been banned from China. She was prevented from performing at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai after she wore the Taiwanese flag during a concert at Taipei Arena.
Selena Gomez
The actress and singer was also reportedly banned from China because of a picture she took with the Dalai Lama.
Snoop Dogg
The American rapper has been banned from entering Norway for two years after trying to enter the country with a small amount of cannabis last month.
Lily Allen
“Smile” singer was detained at Los Angeles airport and had her work visa revoked by authorities ahead of a U.S. tour. It was rumoured that this was due to an incident outside a London nightclub months earlier in which she was warned by police but not arrested.
Ke$ha
The singer was banned from Malaysia in 2013 after Malaysian authorities expressed concerns that her concert would hurt cultural and religious sensitivities.
Paris Hilton
Hilton was banned from entering Japan because of a previous drug violation in the U.S.
Beyoncé
Queen Bey has been banned from Malaysia due to the provocative nature of her shows.
Chris Brown
Brown was banned from the UK and Australia because of serious criminal offences he was found guilty of.
