In what is easily the weirdest news you will read all day, an alligator was not allowed to enter a baseball stadium.
This was stated by its owner, Joe Henney who rescues reptiles frequently.
His alligator named Wally or WallyGator is a support animal and usually gets hugged or kissed.
Wally who was rescued by Joe in 2015 has helped Joe battle his depression and rarely bites.
The creature also has a Tik Tok account, and has over 10,000 followers to its name.
Henney decided to take him to watch the Philadelphia Phillies which surprised many people around him
.
He told news reporters that both were planning to meet the players but by the time they arrived, the players had already started their warm-up rounds.
Despite the disappointing news, Joe was confident that another opportunity would arise in the future.
The Phillies stadium posted a statement regarding their support animal policy.
The policy states that only guide dogs and service animals in training are allowed.
