A petition to ban animal testing needs your signature.
Nate, Frank & Rossi from The Drive Vibe recently sat down with the MSPCA to learn more about the EU wide campaign against Animal Testing they are part of.
The MSPCA, together with others across Europe, is asking the EU to keep its promise of banning Animal Testing.
Despite an EU ban authorities such as the European Chemical agency are still demanding this happens.
In order to understand this campaign better, Nate, Frank and Rossi together with other personalities watched footage of the horrible testing that is done on animals all over the world.
It’s needless to say that the reactions speak for themselves.
Animal lovers in Malta are being asked to sign a petition.
EU countries have a number of signatures that they need to reach in order to hit the 1 million target.
The Czech Republic is the country that is by far doing best having collected five times the amount of signatures it targeted (567%).
Malta has already collected 5,877 signatures which is above our target (139%) however other countries are still far off.
Romania (11%), Cyprus (11%), Luxembourg (17%) and Lithuania (19%) are amongst the countries who have collected a small amount of signatures so far.
One million signatures as well as a minimum target of signatures in 7 countries are needed.
9 countries so far have reached their minimum targets.
589,775 out of 1,000,000 signatures have been collected so far!
