HEAD OF SALES

The Head of Sales is key to unlocking the true potential of Vibe FM for our clients.

With Vibe FM having a strong presence both on-air and online, we are looking for somebody to manage the Sales team, who in turn handles all our clients.

Reporting to the Operations Director we are looking for somebody with an experience in Sales management, ideally within the media industry. Being an excellent communicator you will motivate our team and help develop and sell packages that fit our client’s needs and expectations. You will need to be energetic, motivated, and with a result-oriented approach.  An excellent understanding of business KPIs is key alongside strong management, leadership, and relationship skills.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills are critical to making sure our ambitious vision for the company is realised.

HEAD OF DIGITAL

We are looking for the right person to implement our digital strategy.

WIth social media and our online portal continuously growing this an excellent opportunity for somebody who wants to leave their mark!

You will need to be well organised with a keen eye for detail and capable of managing and inspiring your team of creatives. The digital is responsible to produce content for online consumption as well as marketing visuals and you will oversee all these things coming together. From online articles to artworks to video editing to next big trend on social media your team will be there all along.

Working hand in hand with the rest of the management team you will be a key part of our next big step forward!

Creative thinking, being up to date with the latest trends, experience in WordPress and SEO, and an understanding of design and video editing are required skills in order to be able to fulfil your tasks effectively.

Sales Executive

If you are sales oriented and results-driven, this fantastic opportunity is for you. We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the dynamic world of radio and digital media.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
  • Understand clients’ marketing objectives and propose tailored advertising solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create innovative proposals for clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Provide clients with updates on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities.
  • Use market research to identify new revenue opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Negotiate advertising contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork and contracts.
  • Work closely with our accounts department to ensure payment terms are being honoured. 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in both English and Maltese are a must
  • Must be in possession of own transport
  • Previous knowledge of Radio and Digital media advertising is a considered an asset.

Marketing Executive

 We are looking for an experienced marketing executive to join our team and help us achieve our business goals. As a marketing executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategies, promoting our brand and growing VIBE.

 Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Station Director to implement the marketing strategy of the company in order to increase brand awareness and market share,
  • Research and analyse market trends and competitors, brainstorming concepts for collaborations and marketing efforts of the station,
  • Coordinate production for social media, of filming, photography, editing and design as necessary for collaborations and marketing,
  • Coordinate activations and company attendance at events, liaising with suppliers as necessary,
  • Provide coverage of the station’s activations and events for online and on-air consumption,
  • Assist with brainstorming of innovative collaboration opportunities


Qualifications & Skills:

 Proficient use of Social media apps such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube and more

  • In possession of a driving a valid driving licence
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Familiarity with Word press

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

• An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.

• Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality

• Ability to match up with fast paced work life.
