What’s Ciao Ciao All About?

Have you ever been stuck in a never-ending goodbye? A simple farewell at the door often turns into a long conversation. In fact, Ciao Ciao takes that familiar moment and turns it into something much bigger.

The film follows four couples whose lives change after a dinner invitation. Not only do old friends reconnect, but secrets also come to light. As a result, small talk leads to major twists.

For instance, a man and a woman meet at Dingli Cliffs, while a young couple bonds over music. Ciao Ciao explores how these moments shape their lives. As the night unfolds, one question remains—can the infamous Ciao Ciao moments really be blamed for what happens next?

A Talented Cast & Crew

This exciting film features a strong cast. Antonella Axisa, Chris Dingli, and Mikhail Basmadjian co-wrote the screenplay. They also star in the film. They perform alongside Simone Spiteri, Kevin Naudi, Ruth Borg, Ryan Debattista, Katrina Lupi, and Matthew Sant Sultana.

Visually striking and full of emotion, Ciao Ciao boasts a top production team. Fabrizio Fenech, Keith A. Tedesco, and Fleur Françoise Tedesco produced the film. Maria Rosa Thornhill designed the production. Dominic Carmelo Darmanin composed the soundtrack, featuring music from Brikkuni.
