All cooking classes have used locally sourced fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish since day 1. They are devoted to developing local Mediterranean cuisine while promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
With the MCA you can get to experiment with food and get more creative in the kitchen. You even get to eat the delicious meals you cook at the end of the classes! No need to worry if you aren’t a seasoned chef though, there are classes suitable for all levels.
