David and Victoria Beckham need no introduction.
They are one of the most famous and beloved couples in the world.
They are one of the few that have remained as strong as ever in their marriage.
Netflix have also released a documentary showcasing David’s life including his marriage to Victoria.
Here is a look back at their relationship over 24 years.
Their journey began in 1997 at Old Trafford the home of Manchester United.
The team have just played a charity match with David and Victoria meeting inside the players lounge.
Victoria at the time was the posh spice of the Spice Girls, one of the most popular pop groups around.
David was already a football superstar at Manchester United.
He played the number 7 midfield role, was a two-time championship winner and made his senior England debut against Moldova.
Victoria said it was love at first sight and they immediately got widespread attention from the media getting the nickname “Posh and Becks.”
Less than a year later, the couple announced their engagement at a press conference.
The ring was diamond made and was the first of 15 given over their marriage.
On March 4th 1999, their first child Brooklyn was born.
Four months later they tied the knot at Luttrellstown Castle in Dublin, Ireland.
The wedding was the definition of royalty with both having their own thrones to sit on. Victoria even wore a tiara.
Their second child Romeo was born three years later on September 1st 2002.
In the summer of 2003, David completed a £25 million move to Real Madrid on a four-year deal relocating his family to Spain.
Rumors heated up a year later that Victoria was cheated by David.
In the new documentary, Victoria said that this was the toughest period the couple had to go through.
In her opinion, both them and the world were at odds.
Their third child was born a year later on February 1st and named Cruz.
During the 2007 summer transfer window, David signed for MLS club LA Galaxy.
This was a move six months in the making and a watershed moment in the league’s history.
Brooklyn said during an interview that Tom Cruise organised a massive welcome party when the family moved to the country.
2009 was the year Posh and Becks started modelling together.
Their first involvement was with Giorgio Armani’s underwear and lingerie campaign for the Spring and Summer months.
On April 29th 2011, the couple attended the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Victoria was pregnant at the time and four months later, their first daughter Harper was born, one week after their 12th wedding anniversary.
David Beckham announced that he would bring his 21 year illustrious footballing career to an end on May 2013.
He was playing for Paris Saint Germain who had just won another Ligue 1 title.
The family moved back to the UK shortly after.
Posh and Becks renewed their wedding vows in 2017 for their 18th anniversary with the matter being private.
A year later, Victoria appeared on British Vogue’s front page with the kids joining in.
David discussed Victoria’s meals on River Cafe Table 4 last year.
He revealed that Victoria eats only grilled fish and steamed veggies every day.
He only remembered changing meals when Victoria was pregnant with Harper.
Finally, just this year he shared his most recent tattoo on his Instagram page.
He honoured his wife by inking “Posh” on his left finger.
