Marsaskala Futsal Legends made a dream start to their campaign, cruising past the U17 Malta FA Selection with a resounding 7–0 victory. The Wied il-Għajn side controlled proceedings from start to finish, with Gia Nikvashvili leading the charge with a hat-trick.
Additional goals came from Liam Caruana (2), Lozada Motta Miller Estiben, and Milijic Jovica, giving Marsaskala one of the most dominant performances of the week and an early boost in confidence.

University of Malta Students 12 – 0 Malta FA Selection U18
The University of Malta Students Futsal Team lived up to their reputation as early title contenders with a blistering 12–0 triumph over the Malta FA U18 selection.
Cleaven Portelli and Cristian Jose Fernandez each netted four goals, while Emil Andrei Raducu and Andres Felipe Aguilera Linares both struck twice. The result showcased exceptional team chemistry and technical quality, setting the tone for a promising season ahead.

Birżebbuġa St. Peter’s joined the list of opening-week victors with a comprehensive 7–0 win against Sliema Fort Fitness. Goals from Carlos Stiven Alarcon Rojas, Dylan Mintoff, and Cristian Camilo Diaz Montanez, alongside doubles by Lender Sebastian Lara Obando and Braham Garcia Espinosa highlighted the team’s early cohesion and attacking flair.
Champions Luxol Dominate Debutants
Luxol St Andrews FC Futsal 22 – 1 Santa Venera Lightnings Futsal
The reigning champions opened their title defense in devastating fashion, dismantling newcomers Santa Venera Lightnings with a commanding 22–1 victory. Celino Alves De Freitas led the scoring spree with four goals, followed closely by Luiz Henrique Negreiros Rosas Murad and Victor Oliveira Dias with three each.
Several others joined the fun, including Maicon Da Silva Gaiewski, Luke Gatt, Anderson Sant’ Anna Coriolano Le, and Michael Borg with two goals apiece, while Rodrigo Rocha, Aiden Buhagiar, and Castro Pulido each found the net once.
