So many wardrobe changes!
Sitting among the audience of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is the closest thing we have to time travel.
The set features 40 songs from the first 17 years of her career and with each era comes a wardrobe change.
In the show, Taylor runs through her Eras in the following order: Lover, Fearless, Evermore, Reputation, Speak Now, Red, Folklore, 1989, Debut, and Midnights.
Let’s look at how Taylor has been honouring her own fashion history based on each era.
Lover
Taylor opens her Eras Tour set with songs from Lover.
By the 3rd song for the Lovers part of the set list, she added a glittery blazer to complete the glittery look.
Fearless
The Fearless era saw lots of gold and fringe dresses and that’s exactly what Taylor is giving her fans!
Evermore
For this portion of the evening, Taylor wore a long, mustard yellow dress accessorised with a moss-encrusted piano.
Reputation
The reputation era was shaped by dark energy and dark fashion and she delivers it perfectly during her tour.
Speak Now
Speak Now doesn’t get a lot of spotlight but the outfits for this set saw Taylor channeling her inner Disney Princess.
Red
A lot is going on during the Red Era performance as one can tell by her T-shirt as she changed it up from the original ‘Not A Lot Going On At The Moment.’
And Another T-shirt.
And for the rest of her set she wore a sparkly red and black bodysuit reminiscent of her iconic ringleader outfit.
Finally she added on a matching long coat for the 10 minute version of ‘All Too Well.’
Folklore
Taylor changes into cottagecore chic to match the mood for Folklore.
1989
Taylor goes with sparkly two-piece for this one in pink…
…and in green!
Debut
Debut didn’t have much representation, however, she did perform ‘Tim McGraw’ in this magenta gown.
Midnights
Taylor ends her Eras Tour set list with songs from Midnights beginning with ‘Lavender Haze’ in a fluffy purple coat.
She then ditched to coat to perform ‘Anti-Hero’
She then changes into her final look for ‘Vigilante Shit’ and ‘Bejeweled’
and now for her final final look, she adds a fabulous coat to her black bodysuit and closes the show with ‘Karma.’
