Fans of Stranger Things have been waiting for the latest season for a very long time
It was before the pandemic that we got Stranger Things Season 3 so it’s no surprise that fans have been anxious to see the trailer from the fourth season coming to Netflix.
It dropped last week, and it’s gotten our tongues wagging! Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Will (Noah Schnapp), Max (Sadie Sink), Steve (Joe Keery), Nancy (Natalia Dyer), Jonathan (Charlie Heaton), Robin (Maya Hawke), and Joyce (Winona Ryder) will all return to the series.
Horror legend Robert Englund, who is most known for playing Freddy Krueger in the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise, will star alongside the rest of the cast in the new series and will be a series regular as Victor Creel. His character has been described as “a disturbed and menacing guy who is incarcerated, naturally, in a psychiatric facility”. Because Creel was convicted of a horrible murder in the 1950s, Englund will most likely be able to draw on his experience as Krueger for the role.
Several brief teaser videos, four teaser posters, and photos from the upcoming season were released over the past months leading up to last week’s trailer. The Creel House, complete with clock, was included in one of the teasers. The 1950’s family who moved in while the house was in better form appears to have met a bloody end, and modern kids can’t seem to stay away from the horrific location. But it seems like the biggest clue, or rather tease, as to what to expect seems to be in the cosmic graphic that flashes in the trailer at the 01:59 mark.
If you look closely at the image you see four timecodes. Do they refer to key moments in the upcoming season referenced in the trailer or do they mean something else? Nobody really knows (except for the producers of course) but it does make us look forward to the Stranger Things May 27th premiere a little bit more!
Whilst we are on the Stranger Things subject let’s also remember it was the series’ beloved actor Noah Schnapp who was photographed wearing a jacket designed by Maltese designers Charles and Ron for Vulkan Magazine a couple of years ago!
Do you think you know what the timecodes in the trailer mean? Hit us up and let us know!
