Join JA Malta’s 2025/26 Company Programme as a one of the Mentors and inspire students to turn ideas into real businesses.
If you love sharing your knowledge and helping others grow, this is your moment to be where the growth happens!
JA Malta has opened its call for mentors for the 2025/26 Company Programme. This flagship initiative gives Sixth Form students the chance to build and run their own mini businesses.
The programme runs for eight months and is Malta’s top initiative for youth entrepreneurship. As a result, students get hands-on experience in taking an idea, turning it into a product or service, and bringing it to market.
However, the real magic comes from the mentors.
Mentors guide students through every stage of the journey. They share expertise, real-life lessons, and even their mistakes. In doing so, they help students gain confidence, experiment with new ideas, and grow as young entrepreneurs.
“Every year, we see students completely transform through the Company Programme,” says Matthew Caruana, CEO of JA Malta. “Mentors are a crucial part of that journey. Their guidance helps students see what’s possible, overcome challenges, and develop the confidence to lead with their own ideas.”
In addition, JA Malta is calling on professionals from all industries to get involved. Whether you work in tech, marketing, finance, sustainability, or the arts, your perspective matters. Your experience can help students turn ideas into reality.
And it’s not just students who benefit. Mentors gain valuable recognition and connections too, including:
✅ Digital certificates and a LinkedIn mentor badge
✅ Visibility across JA Malta’s platforms
✅ Spotlight features and testimonial videos
✅ A chance to connect with a network of like-minded professionals
