This is the second year Maltese Students have left their mark at the Festival!
JA Malta is holding its Company Programme once again this year.
There are many students from different post-secondary institutes participating with their teams.
The teams launched their products towards the end of last year, and one team was chosen to fly off to Latvia!
ReMind from Verdala International School won the trip to the Ja Latvia International Student Festival with their product.
They have spent the past few days attending worshops, fairs and also pitching their product.
During the awards night at the same festival last night the team received three nominations.
One of these nominations (“Best Sales Team”) was converted into a win 🎉 .
The team also won their category’s pitching competition!
Matthew Caruana, CEO of JA Malta, said:
“Securing an award at the International Student Company Festival for the second year is a clear indication of the exceptional talent, commitment, and innovative spirit of our students. This victory not only celebrates their hard work but also the impactful mentorship and guidance provided through JA Malta’s programmes.”
From all of us at Vibe.. well done ReMind and JA Malta.
Hili Ventures and HSBC Malta Foundation supported the Latvia trip for the team from Malta.
In a few weeks ReMind and all the other JA Malta Company Teams will be holding a Marketplace to promote and sell their products.
The Marketplace event is happening on the 23rd of March from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, in front of the Parliament building in Valletta.
