This July 30th, we celebrate Maltese Sausage Day with our Maltese Sausage Guide, honouring Malta’s cherished culinary delight.
Known for its unique blend of pork, garlic, coriander seeds, and black pepper, the traditional sausage is a cornerstone of Maltese cuisine.
This will be the fourth year we are celebrating the day.
It originally started as a lighthearted joke on the Drive Vibe with Nate, Frank And Rossi.
Thanks to collaborations with local food outlets and influencers, it has grown into a national affair.
And this year it will be even bigger and better!
In honour of this special day Vibe launched the ultimate Maltese Sausage Guide, a website packed with delicious Maltese sausage recipes and more.
From classic dishes to modern recipes, it offers a variety of ways to enjoy this delight.
