The global entertainment giant Live Nation partners with Malta’s top festival promoter 356 Entertainment Group, to bring bigger events.
Live Nation Expands into Malta
Great news for music fans in Malta! Live Nation, the world’s biggest live entertainment company, is now part of the local scene. The company has bought a stake in 356 Entertainment Group (356 Group). This team runs some of Malta’s biggest festivals and concerts. Additionally, they operate Uno, the island’s largest outdoor club.
Live Nation and 356 Group have worked together before. In fact, they brought huge events to Malta, like Take That’s The Greatest Weekend Malta and Liam Gallagher and Friends Malta Weekender in 2024. Now, with this new deal, Malta’s festival scene will grow even more.
Malta’s Music Scene Is Growing
It’s no secret that live music in Malta is booming. In 2023, 356 Group’s festivals attracted 56,000 visitors and added €51.8 million to the economy. As a result, Live Nation wants to build on this success by bringing in more international artists and expanding the local music scene.
