Ed Sheeran
Despite presenting the label with some catchy tunes, the label were not able to see past his bright red hair and ‘average’ looks.
They were proven wrong as he became one of the most well known pop artist.

After dropping out of college and moving to New York, Madonna struggled to make it right away.

Lady Gaga has performed in sold out stadiums and at the Super Bowl making it hard to imagine that she once got rejected.

Many call them the greatest band of all time.
Before they made it however, a producer at Decca Records was not impressed by their performance and even refused to sign them.
A couple months later, the band managed to hit it big.

He was rejected by multiple record labels before he officially signed with Roc-A-Fella.
However, executives struggled to see him as a solo artist and they insisted that he should stick to producing.
U2
A couple of months before the release of their first single, U2 was dropped by their Record Label.
Decades later we can all say that it worked out great for U2.

Beyonce has it all but despite who she is today, she still experienced what it is like to be rejected.
When she was 8 years old she had entered a talent contest that was set up by different record labels in order to find the next big thing.
Surprisingly, she failed miserably and was ignored.
