The Santa Marija Festa in Mqabba has always been a highlight of Malta’s summer calendar, but this year, it’s going bigger, bolder and louder than ever before.
The evening kicks off with Il-Marċ tat-Tielet Tridu — the largest festa march in Mqabba. Expect vibrant colours, the sound of brass bands, and a crowd ready to celebrate from the very first note.
Next up is a special youth feature by Sezzjoni Żgħażagħ Santa Marija. The younger members of the community are bringing fresh energy and creativity to the night, proving that tradition and innovation can go hand in hand.
One of the evening’s most anticipated moments is the first-ever “Towers of Fire”, a breathtaking new pyro show, designed entirely by the youth of Mqabba. This spectacular display will light up the sky in ways no Maltese festa has seen before.
The celebrations continue with AIDAN live in Mqabba. The Maltese hitmaker will take the stage with a unique pyromusical performance, blending his songs with a perfectly choreographed fireworks show. It’s a feast for both the ears and the eyes.
When the fireworks fade, the party is far from over. Emerson & Kavall ft Youth Band will keep the energy pumping at the official afterparty, guaranteeing non-stop beats until late.
