Tara Formosa is shaking up the indie-pop scene with her new EP, confessional. After three years of hard work, she will release it on April 25, 2025. This EP is a bold collection of songs. It explores self-reflection and growth.
A Soundtrack of Emotion
Tara funded confessional with support from Arts Council Malta. The EP includes three tracks: “confessional,” “me, myself and I,” and “greedy for your eyes.” Each song shows Tara’s growth as an artist and a person. The music blends pop ballads with dark electro-indie sounds.
Tara says, “With confessional, I wanted to create something real and unfiltered. It’s like a diary entry or a late-night thought. These songs grew with me since 2022. Now, I’m ready to share them with the world.”

Tara Formosa is a singer-songwriter from Melbourne, Australia. She now lives in Malta. Tara is known for her honest lyrics and unique sound. She blends indie and alternative pop, capturing deep emotions. In 2024, she released Let You In, Holding Back, and On Repeat. Now, with confessional, she begins an exciting new chapter.
