This challenge a distinctive fitness event that blends functional exercises with endurance challenges.
Supporting Hospice Malta
In September, the challenge proudly supports Hospice Malta, an NGO dedicated to providing free palliative care to those with severe illnesses.
Participants in the challenge will be contributing to this important cause!
Highlighted Events
Individuals & Doubles
The competition has eight rounds, each starting with a 1km run followed by a functional fitness workout.
The workouts change in each round to test different muscles and abilities.
Participants are ranked based on their total time to complete all eight rounds, with faster times resulting in higher rankings.
Relay
This is a new category. Teams of 4 can compete by completing only 2 stations each, for a total of 8 stations per team
This event is a fantastic way to enjoy a challenge together. So grab three friends to join you and challenge them for some fun for charity!
