During one of her stops on her Era’s tour, Taylor explained why she had released so much music in the past few years.
For most people, the COVID-19 pandemic seemed to bring things to a halt, but not for Taylor.
She was busier than ever releasing two new albums in 2020 and another in 2022.
She also started re-recording her first six albums, releasing ‘Fearless (Taylor’s Version)’ and ‘Red (Taylor’s Version)’ in 2021.
Her latest release ‘Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)’ has just come out and she is currently on her Eras Tour.
But what sparked this boost in productivity?
Due to the pandemic Taylor was unable to perform or meet with her fans, leading her to find different ways to connect with her fans.
The main way she pursued this was to make and release as many albums as humanly possible.
She did this until she could get back to connecting with her fans at live shows.
Taylor also added that she would love to play with her fans seven days a week!
