With the launch of John Lewis’ much-anticipated Christmas advertisement, the festive season has officially begun.
This year a young boy named Alfie tries to grow a perfect Christmas tree. However, he ends up growing a Venus flytrap instead.
As Alfie grows the seed, he quickly discovers it is not a Christmas tree at all, but a carnivorous plant. However, he loves it anyway.
The commercial is accompanied by a truly exceptional musical piece, delivered none other than by the Maestro himself, Andrea Bocelli!
