Malta vs Netherlands: World Cup Qualifier
The Malta National Team is back in action this October at the National Stadium in Ta’ Qali.
On Thursday 9th October 2025 at 20:45hrs, Malta faces European giants the Netherlands in a huge 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifier – Group G.
Just days later, on Sunday 12th October at 19:00hrs, Malta takes on Bosnia and Herzegovina in an international friendly.
Building on Momentum
The National Team comes into these games on the back of a strong September window. Malta was unlucky not to secure all three points away to Lithuania, and celebrated a well-deserved win in a friendly against San Marino, the first victory under new Head Coach Emilio De Leo.
Now, with the crowd behind them in Ta’ Qali, the players are aiming to keep that momentum going.
