From hill climbs to the iconic Mdina Grand Prix, here’s everything you need to know about Malta’s ultimate celebration of vintage motorsport.
The countdown is on. Malta Classic 2025 takes over the island from 23rd to 26th October with four adrenaline-filled days of racing, style, and timeless motoring heritage.
The official launch took place at the Salini Hotel. Organisers and partners came together to share what promises to be one of Malta’s biggest cultural and sporting events of the year.
A Classic Start at the Press Conference
Pamela Said, Operations Director at Malta Classic, opened with an energetic preview. She promised that the 15th edition will once again blend motorsport tradition with elegance and glamour.
Karl Loftus, Commercial Manager at Enemed, spoke about the anticipation. He noted that fans ask about the Malta Classic well in advance each year. This proves its status as Malta’s most iconic motoring festival.
Transport Malta’s Gilbert Agius and Alexander Kitcher confirmed their continued support. Their teams will handle traffic management and safety to ensure smooth event flow.
MTA Senior Manager Francesca Vincenti highlighted the event’s international impact. She said it attracts overseas drivers and helps showcase Malta as a top destination for classic car enthusiasts.
The press conference also featured a special reveal. The official winner’s prize — a Paul Picot Firshire Megarotor Automatic timepiece — was unveiled by Victor Azzopardi Jewellers. A champion’s reward.
