Heading to Notte Bianca this Saturday, 3rd October? Malta Public Transport has announced special bus services to help visitors travel home after enjoying the arts and culture festival in Valletta.
The additional services will run alongside regular night routes, connecting the capital with localities across Malta until late.
Route N13 will serve Sliema and St Julian’s, with departures from Valletta every four minutes until 2.10AM. Route N48 will operate towards Buġibba via Msida, Pembroke, Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq and Qawra until 1.30AM.
Passengers travelling towards Mġarr can take Route S40, passing through Birkirkara, Ħal Lija, Ħal Balzan and Mosta, with the last departure at 1.35AM.
Southern localities will also be covered, with routes to Qrendi (S72), Birżebbuġa (S80 and S85), Marsaskala (S90) and Xgħajra (S94) operating until at least 1AM. These services will cover localities including Luqa, Kirkop, Mqabba, Santa Luċija, Gudja, Tarxien, Żejtun, Paola, Fgura and Żabbar.
For passengers heading to Gozo, Route S41 to Ċirkewwa will depart Valletta until 1.30AM.
Travel is free for passengers with a personalised Tallinja Card. Other passengers can buy a €3 ticket onboard, paying by cash or contactless.
