1.   Promoter

The Promoter of this competition is Vibe FM, which operates under the name of Capital Communications Ltd.

2.   Sponsor

The Sponsor of the competition, who will be providing the Prize on behalf of Catch is Consolidated Distributors Limited.

3.   Timeline and Mechanics

The competition takes place on weekday afternoons during Nate, Frank and Rossi on Vibe FM. Registration closes on the 31.03.2022.

A participant is contacted and called. The participant is asked a skill question and a correct answer earns a place in the final.

The Final will take place in the beginning of April 2022.  For the final a box is placed in front of each participant. Only one contains the grand prize. All the others contain a consolation prize.

4.   Entry Platform

The promotion is applicable on CATCH 3-pack, which have a unique 6-digit code that can be found at the back of each label.

Participants are to log onto https://vibefm.com.mt/catch enter the 6(six)-digit code and carefully follow the online instructions to participate.

If an invalid code is entered, the system will prompt the participant to re-enter the code. It is important that the code is entered exactly as it is printed on label with no spaces or additional characters.

Entry is free. All applicants must be aged 18 and over, and must be residents of Malta at the date of their entry. All participants are exclusively responsible to enter their correct contact details inclusive of their correct ID card number.

Employees of the Promoter or Sponsor and their immediate families may not enter the competition.

We reserve the right to reject any entries that are incomplete, incomprehensible or otherwise deficient.

5.   The Prize

The Grand Prize is a Return flight for two to Barbados, plus seven-night accommodation at the Sandals Barbados on a full board basis. Such gift is redeemable until December 2022.

No cash alternative will be given.

6.   Data Protection

Names, email addresses and/or telephone numbers need to be collected and used to process entries

Winners’ details will be given to the prize provider to arrange for delivery of the prize. You also agree that we may film/photograph you in connection with the competition and/or prize if you win.

Your details may remain stored after the end date but will not be used for marketing or any other purpose.

7.   Intellectual Property

By entering this competition you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this competition online and on-air.

This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions and photographs without paying you and without any restriction.

8.   Miscellaneous

Entries that do not comply with the outlined Terms & Conditions will not be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you have breached them.

Any decision taken is final and cannot be disputed.

Should you be asked to be on-air you must not make any inappropriate or offensive statements, and we reserve the right to terminate the phone call if you appear to be incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to cause offence to our listeners.

As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the competition/ the prize.

In the event of a printing error on labels or irregular packaging, the Organisers and their respective related parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and respective agents and their agencies, suppliers and other companies involved in the development or execution of the Promotion shall not be liable for any such error.
