From 25 to 29 March 2026, the theatre collective Dwal Ġodda is taking over the Spazju Teatrali with their latest production, Bejn Hawn u Mkien. 

With a strong community cast, the production blends the familiar story of the Nazarene with some heavy hitting historical parallels. Think:

• Samson: The legendary strength and the tragic fall.

• Nelson Mandela: The modern icon of resistance and sacrifice.

Maltese Soul, Modern Punch

Performed primarily in Maltese but sprinkled with English innuendos and added punch lines, the 90 minute show is designed to bridge the gap between tradition and the modern world. It’s gritty, it’s intellectual, and despite its weighty themes, it’s built to be an engaging journey for everyone, this production offers a space to reflect on power, faith, and personal accountability in 2026.
