Expectations from all our hosts, presenters and newscasters are high but the right candidates will be given training and mentoring into how to prepare and deliver quality radio! Our programming is predominantly in Maltese, so being fluent in our language is a must!

The Head of Sales is key to unlocking the true potential of Vibe FM for our clients.
With Vibe FM having a strong presence both on-air and online, we are looking for somebody to manage the Sales team, who in turn handles all our clients.
Reporting to the Operations Director we are looking for somebody with an experience in Sales management, ideally within the media industry. Being an excellent communicator you will motivate our team and help develop and sell packages that fit our client’s needs and expectations. You will need to be energetic, motivated, and with a result-oriented approach. An excellent understanding of business KPIs is key alongside strong management, leadership, and relationship skills.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills are critical to making sure our ambitious vision for the company is realised.

You will be obsessed about what’s trending, can think outside the box and be a super team player. Your input is key to helping us come up with the next viral trend!

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department, optimize our daily operations, and partner with our Station Director to fuel our continued growth. In this role, you won’t just be managing numbers—you will be mentoring people, guiding the team in creating highly engaging radio and digital campaigns for our clients, and ensuring seamless collaboration across our entire organization.

Lead & Elevate: Direct, mentor, and motivate the Sales Team to hit targets, maximizing revenue and profitability.
Drive Creative Revenue: Empower and support your team in conceptualizing and creating highly engaging radio and digital campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Drive Strategy: Collaborate with the Station Director to develop growth plans, adapt to market conditions, and ensure all company turnover targets are met.
Optimize Operations: Champion our CRM system, manage team scheduling, and identify ways to streamline procedures.
Bridge the Gap: Ensure seamless communication between Sales, Production, Accounts, and Scheduling.
Manage Key Accounts: Oversee the delivery of barter deals and support the Accounts team with client payment recovery when necessary.
Leadership Traits: You are fair and have a passion for sales, thriving on coaching and developing others to reach their full potential.
Work Ethic: You are self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of the department’s success.
Strategic Mindset: A strong communicator who stays ahead of media and market trends to keep the station competitive.
