The countdown is on for this year’s BOV Volleyball Marathon, with organisers unveiling a packed entertainment programme alongside the 53-hour sporting challenge.
Taking place between 16 and 18 July at the MFCC in Ta’ Qali, the annual fundraiser in aid of Id-Dar tal-Providenza will feature live music, family entertainment, food, and activities throughout the three-day event.
This year’s entertainment programme is being supported by Arts Council Malta, bringing some of the island’s best-known artists to the marathon stage.
Arts Council Malta Executive Chairperson Luke Dalli said the organisation is proud to support an event that brings communities together while raising funds for an important cause.
The live entertainment line-up includes Lara and the Jukeboys opening the marathon on Thursday.

Versatile performing on Friday night.

And a Classic Rock Night by the Spiteri Lucas Band on Saturday.

The closing show will also feature performances by Klinsmann, Ludwig Galea, and Laura Bruno.
Alongside the volleyball action, visitors can enjoy three days of music, entertainment, and community activities, making the BOV Volleyball Marathon one of Malta’s biggest summer fundraising events.
